South Woodford Electronics Ltd has over 40 years experience of crimping all the leading manufactures for example, .Cembre, FCI, JST, Molex, Hirose, Takbro, Tyco and Utilux. Our fully automated 2 Komax 40T cut, strip and crimp machines with electronic crimp force monitoring are capable of up to 5000 crimps per hour.
For more complex assemblies we have 3 Schleuniger 9500 power stripping machines and Eubank 8000 wire processing machine for all cable preparation ranging from 2AWG – 24AWG; that can be used in conjunction with our semi-automated machines.
We are able to provide a competitive service to produce assemblies from thousands to a few hundred – from large volume to small/medium production runs.
