The Lateral Eco Parks Corporate Bonds will invest in the development of the first Eco Park in Anglesey, North Wales. This revolutionary project is in the process of securing large scale institutional funding to enable completion of the development, having recently received final planning consents (issued April 2014).
Investors can purchase Lateral Eco Parks Corporate Bonds for a limited period on the basis of an Information Memorandum (IM) issued on request. A minimum investment of £10,000 is required to participate.
The Bond will be secured initially against the funds that are invested and once the land at the Anglesey site has been acquired, against the value of the land.
